At FWC Watches, we pride ourselves on offering unique watches, carefully designed and crafted to meet the demands of watch enthusiasts. We combine craftsmanship, high-quality materials and timeless design to create pieces that combine style and durability.

We do not want to criticize what others do in any way, but we do place a strong emphasis on the quality and provenance of the parts used in our watches. At FWC Watches, we work exclusively with high-end distributors and manufacturers of parts. None of our parts come from sites like AliExpress or other similar sources.

All our movements are official Seiko movements, as are many of the dials we use. The water resistance of our watches is also guaranteed thanks to our cases, which are standardized on the Seiko model standards (SRPD, SRX, SRPE), thus offering high quality water resistance. These choices guarantee not only the performance, but also the durability and reliability of each watch we create.

Our watches are assembled in Île-de-France by a qualified professional, using high-precision professional tools. This process guarantees impeccable assembly quality and a perfect finish for each piece.

Our parts come from renowned suppliers around the world. We only select materials and components that meet strict standards of quality and authenticity.

The service includes design, material selection, component assembly and performance verification. We work hand in hand with you to design a watch that perfectly reflects your desires and style.

All of our watches are designed with cases that align with the Seiko SRX, SRPD or SRPE models. As such, the water resistance of our watches is equivalent to that of these cases, offering a water resistance of 10 to 20 ATM. All of our watches are pressure tested to ensure their water resistance. With the exception of the models in the "Classique" range, which are resistant to 5 ATM.

All our watches are covered by a warranty covering manufacturing defects. For more details on the duration and conditions, please see our warranty policy.

The preparation time for your order is generally between 7 and 10 days. This time is necessary to order all the necessary parts, assemble the watch and carry out quality tests, such as adjustment with the chrono comparator, water resistance tests, demagnetization, etc.

In the case of a custom-made model, the lead time may be longer than 10 days, as it includes the discussion time to define your project together and the search for the specific pieces you have chosen.

Absolutely! We offer an engraving service for the case back, crown and other elements of the watch. It’s a great way to personalize your watch or make it a unique gift. We have the necessary equipment, including a powerful fiber laser, to ensure precise and long-lasting engravings.
